The provision of high quality Physical Education and sport is a priority for our School. We currently hold the Sainsbury's School Games Award - Silver.
As a School we pride ourselves on the way our children approach physical activity and take part in sports and activities with other schools.
As a small school we compete against larger establishments on an equal footing often coming in the top five of the competing teams.
We have two PE lessons a week as well as physical activity through our Forest School sessions. (Climbing the hill at the end of each session has increased the stamina of many of our children and adults!)
We are very proud of the range of sports clubs we offer. Last year we provided:
Netball - Free
Football - Free
Karate - charged
Kick boxing - charged
Tennis - charged
KS1 dance - charged
Striking and Fielding - Free
Athletics - Free
Multi-Skills - Free.
We employ a PE specialist to deliver high quality PE to KS2 classes once a week.
