KS2 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant Grade 3:  30 hours per week, term time only


We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful village School to work 30 hours a week in Key-Stage 2.


Our recent Ofsted report stated that "we offer a well-planned curriculum which is enhanced by topics that offer rich learning opportunities that encourage pupils to explore the world beyond East Grinstead.  The school makes a positive contribution to pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development".


Classroom experience is desired and you will need to be flexible and adaptable so that you can work across the school.  You need the confidence and ability to work with children in a wide range of subjects.  Working under the direction of the Class Teacher, you will work as part of a team to support and extend pupil progress, inspire learning and maintain successful relationships with all children, staff, parents and carers. Initiative, common sense and flexibility are essential.
